    People suck

I sell a grinder I don't need on ebay, for a loss btw, but that's the spoils of the ebay. Guy pays via paypal, I ship the very next day. Thank goodness I thought to buy delivery confirmation with the priority mail. Now he claims he never got the box, but the delivery confirmation says it was delivered.

He says the post office must have made a mistake. Clearly his problem should be with the usps, not me.

But what do I get in my email? A paypal claim where they are holding 90 bucks in paypal ransom. Plus my 200+ feedback of 100% over 7 years is now in jeopardy as this guy thinks it's my fault and even if I prevail in the paypal claim (which I assume I will), he can leave negative feedback.

I've got to quit the ebay.

Can't you then file a dispute with eBay about his feedback?

I think you have to file the claim with USPS.

The package wasn't insured. USPS says it was delivered, my responsibility ends there. Not really anything that I can claim with USPS. He might have something to discuss with the mail people, not me. And I dont think you can dispute feedback, I think you can just respond to it.

Paypal always sides with the buyer. Assholes!
A friend of mine sold one of those Japanese dogs to a guy and the guy took a broken one and said that's the one he received (which wasn't even the same color). My friend lost something like $1200.00.
