Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS). I used them 2 years ago to ship my car from PA to CA. The car was delivered to my door for a little extra $. I think it was about $1200 when all was said and done.

Newman International, I got my car in an enclosed carrier from Phoenix to Miami door to door for 1470. Dependable auto shippers wanted to charge ~800 bucks for an open carrier and for an enclosed carrier they wanted 2100 bucks on top of that you have to pick it up at one of their facilities out in BFE.
