They ran a news story on the local fox station about some guy who set up one of these configurations. He said that the car does not run completely on water but his little contraption gets him an extra 7-15 MPG. I still have my doubts but this sounds a bit more probable than the other stories I heard about people being able to run their car solely on this system. My friend who insists that it works (because he saw it on the internet) is willing to shell out the cost of the book, plans, parts, etc to see if I can figure this out. I've got an older SUV that I am going to try this on. If I see some noticeable results, I think I will post a write-up of my findings.

lol, good luck man. If you do the math/chemistry/physics behind how this works you will learn that that the only way for this to increase efficiency is if somehow a gasoline and hydrogen mix burns significantly more efficiently in your engine. all that i can see this doing is burning up alternators by making them work as hard as possible all the time. When burning hydrogen you are simply turning hydrogen and oxygen back into water and there is no free energy to be found by going from water to hydrogen and then back to water, its pretty simple stuff.
