Who has a mini?

My wife's MINI Cooper S is a 2006. She has an automatic with the pedal shifters on the steering wheel. That little car is a blast. It handles well, good on gas and the size is not that bad. I am 5'11'' and my father in law is 6'2'' and we both sat in the back while my wife was driving and we were ok..
Another good thing about these cars is that they hold their value if you ever think about selling them but they too much fun to drive so I don't think your sister would sell it that fast.
I don't know about the new models since they are turbo charge and a little bit bigger.

If you are thinking of buying one, get the Cooper S. The regular Cooper is not as fun as the S.

Prefer a supercharger too. I was just on their site again. So the clubmanS are turbo and the regular S are supercharged?

No, the 2008 model S and Clubman S have the same engine and drivetrain. (yes that means turbo on both.)

2007 and earlier S models are supercharged. Salesman at the dealer told me they went turbo because it is more fuel efficient than the supercharger.

The only 2 problems I had when I drove the 2008 S was the torque steer and traction control (I pushed the dsc button to turn it off when the slaesman wasnt looking :hitler:)

It is very quick and easy to get to high speeds without noticing. Moderately equipped, I was quoted at 26k (sport pkg, prem pkg, lsd)

I don't own one but I work on BMW MINI also...

Kind of neat little cars... But not too fun to service or repair.
