    e30 spending

the suspension spending continues. I got my credit card statement today and was surprised. Except for some clothes, all the charges were for the e30 that doesn't drive.

Not to mention I bought some et17 kosei k1's with bfg kdw's today for another 5 bills. The pressure to put this thing on the road is becoming enormous. Now to hide this bill from the boss.

Ouch. Over a grand there, eh?

I like knowing that nothing on my car isn't yet paid for. Credit card modding is the road to slow and painful death. Ask Mike Swale.

^^ Just spent three days in SunRiver which is a fancy resort area near Mr Anderson actually. Took her out to dinner at the shwanky restaurants in downtown Bend, then bought the tires. 1000$ weekend.

And don't worry Josh, the credit card is paid down to zero every quarter when the bonus check comes in. Well almost. Need we relive the borrowing from the in-laws thread? :-)

I know how that goes, except multiply it by 10, then add half.

              Same here...

I am just wrapping up a e30 m3 5 lug swap over using 80% new parts plus lots and lots of other goodies this weekend. Lets just say you take what a 1991 325i is worth and pretty much double it :( !! But there is nothing else needed on the suspension anytime in the distant future.

Now time for s52 swap... :p

Both Tessa and I worked on Friday, and were only in town till about noon today. She had a conference and I worked with our eastern oregon rep for the day going to such lovely burgs as lapine and prineville.

Did get to eat a massive burger at powell butte for the first time though, was delish!

Ate at 'merenda' last night, and bought the tires from a guy that works at 'deep' whose sushi looks top notch. Bought some crap at REI. We wrapped the bend experience into a couple hours and came back to the green valley. No worries we'll be back out there sometime.

Once you start spending as much as some of us do, you'll start to wish you didn't spend so much on the damn thing. But you still can't stop.
