if you want the best quick nachos, use nacho cheese dorito's to create ultameganachocheesedoritonachos. If you use pre shredded cheese, go with a fiesta/queso or similar shredded blend for optimum meltage, microwaving in 15 second increments for 45seconds to a minute. That is how you snack bitches. Shit is awesome... so cheesy and delicious.
