Julien... perhaps you have not been reading about India. If I sell my place in the city.. I could probably buy a side walk square in most of the developed (Bombay, Delhi and Bangalore) parts of India.

We (my parents, my brother and I) are incidentally ERECTING a small apartment building on one of our parcels of land in Bangalore. I will soon be a partial slum lord I am looking forward to this.
