Your going in the right direction, but you need to remember he injured 14 and killed one, therefore the only logical solution is to let him sober up, put him on a bike then let a drunk run him over 15 times.

It looks like it was an open road and that a cop car was opeing the road for them as a protection. Maybe the cop didn't really understand his role, as he pulled away when he saw the drunk driver come at him, offering 15 riders to the drunken.

He probably just reacted like any normal individual would, car comes at you, you swerve. That's all. I doubt anyone in that position would stay head on with the car to save the bikers.

Do you not understand what the job of a police officer is? Sure, YOU would have swerved out of the way, but his occupation was to be there to protect the people on their bikes.

But I'm sure that's not how it happened anyways.
