That wasn't Top Gear, that was one of Clarkson's DVDs. I thought it was lame though, and I usually love anything he does.

QFT.
It seems he writes off a car one week and praises it the next. Never would I have thought Clarkson would be a fan of the C63. I used to be a huge fan of the show, but then I saw through the fakeness and the Brit humor. It's still a good show, but it's just humorous (much in the way that The Office or Seinfeld is.) When it comes to automotive shows, Fifth Gear holds its own.- Trey

Fixed.
Clarkson's review of the Atom is pretty cool, I also like the "buy a car for under 1000 pounds" type challenges. The old supercar one was great!

this isnt a joke..... leno already turned it down(he was one of the "to be hosts") saying an American version would never do the European one justice. Kudos to leno
and as far as clarksons reviews go....its more then obvious he is completely cynical about his reviews on cars.....and they are not to be taken seriously. Reality is he dislikes just about every car, and likes all cars.......

something in me doubts very much that the GT cars running in alms or lemans retain any of the stock suspension including those leafers
and dont get me wrong, i love the show, i dont like the america bashing but hey theyre sore loosers so they can suck a dick
the only thing that bugs me is they seem to think all americans drive american cars, not the caseYour signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

That wasnt on top gear.
Was that the US supercar DVD? If so I recall he chose the Vette (standard model) as his favorite american supercar.Im now E30less.

Who cares if it's not Top Gear. It's Jeremy inconsistent Clarkson speaking.
Incorrect. He was whining about how America can't make a "real" supercar. And bashed the Viper, Corvette and Ford GT.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

he brought a Ford GT- must have really thought it was a piece of shit huh? (actually it did come to that as the thing kept breaking)
dunno about you but I watch the show for entertainment value, and theres plenty of that. Not for serious car reviews. Stop having a cry just because he doesn't like american cars. He loves bashing BMW's too, don't take it too seriously and its still fucking funny.Comment

he has owned two ford GT's and actually likes the c6 vette.... his cynical reviews are borderline entertainment/shit talking.
not really to be taken at face value

And that's exactly my point. The show is for entertainment not to listen to a few guys BS about what is good and what isn't.
Maybe that's a question you need to ask him.:mrgreen:he brought a Ford GT- must have really thought it was a piece of shit huh? (actually it did come to that as the thing kept breaking)

Ah, I don't like American cars. Try another angle.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
