Yup I almost went there, but I decided to go into construction and go to work rather than go to school. Used to be owned an operated BY GM and was known as GMI (general motors institute) so they could train their own engineers.
Its in Flint that explains your description.

I'm surprised there aren't as many LA haters...although there is money, beaches and tits in certain areas, anywhere outside of that is a monstrosity of rundown mexican trailers and homeless fuckers begging for money. Not to mention that you have to sit in an hour of traffic to get to the grocery store or anywhere for that matter. To top it off, there are more damn "towns" within the city of LA that it's impossible to distinguish between the shitty areas.
Reno sucks...Teaneck, and Englewood, NJ both suck. Yuma sucks.
anndddd...Redding, CA and Merced, CA and Lemoore, CALeave a comment:

Modesto, California. HORRID place. Every one walks around with blinders on - doesn't question anything. Business sucks, you are 2 hours from the mountains, and the San Fransisco, but no one ever goes. 1 out of 5 people have never left the area - ever.Leave a comment:

I was there for 4 days for hot august nights and the barrets auction... it's a pile of shit and I was at the Hilton with the ex-gf's fam. Had a goodtime there but Reno at large was a dump.Reno, Nevada. Sorry to all the guys that live there, but that is seriously one of the most depressing places I've ever been. The area downtown where the casinos are is beautiful and way fun to look at, but step outside of that area, and it becomes a desitute wasteland in the middle of nowhere. Cities like that are depressing because the city government doesn't care what the rest of the city looks like, as long as downtown and the casino areas look appealing. Everything else is just filthy and run down. I know there are nice areas, just like anywhere, but I was only there for 2 days, and couldn't wait to get out of there.Leave a comment:

I can't remember the city exactly, but when I was younger my family and traveled through NJ & Washington DC. I remember it being very dirty and full of homeless people.
One time we were walking around the Washington DC downtown area and I picked up a flyer for a strip club and my mom yanked it out of my hand as soon as she saw what it was for. :rofl:Leave a comment:

are these cities youd be afraid to walk around in? i cant imagine living in metro detroit. i think im just an overly white isolated guy who has never had to live in shitty places. it doesnt take much travel to make you appreciate what you have or where you live.Leave a comment:
