Made some headway on this one!
(after lots o calls)
So heres the breakdown from quest on the $15.83
$5.99 for operator assistance fee (despit the fact that there was no operator)
$2.97 a minute with a 3 minute minimum charge
$0.60 usage fee to the airport
$0.33 for taxes
So...its 4 minutes for $1 with coins but $15.83 with a debit card...WTF!
Anyway, the bank pushed the dispute through and i got my $15.83 back
F U Qwest...
...it doesnt cost $15.83 to make a 3 minute phone call :tsk:
