Nice Ti's can be had for cheap now a days, even the Mtech models. M50 family engines drop right in too, easier than an E30 M50 car at least.

Azvedo Motorsports built it. It's the sickest Ti on earth!!! Actually the ONLY one I've ever liked, b/c of that pimp ass wide-body kit it has!!!

There's like 3 pretty cool ones rolling around here, I actually thought about getting one a few years ago before I bought my current E30. I still wouldn't mind having one.
