It's not against the law, the funny thing is that the law states no display devices within drivers view while the vehicle is in movement. Same law here in Cali to prevent the guys with 28"s and 17" screens everywhere, even in sunvisors. No law prohibits display devices on the exterior of a vehicle.Comment
