It is a law that you can not be a felon and purchase a gun. You must pass the background check. If you have any violent or domestic violence history. You can not own a gun. Even if charged as a minor.
You can go before a judge and ask for your rights to be restored and at that time if granted you can apply for a gun purchase.
As a felon you lose many rights of the common citizen. You cant vote, you cant buy a gun, etc...
There are dishonest gun stores out there. Dont let the BAFTE audit you. They will close you down in seconds.
I for one, had a bad boating accident the other day. I was salt water fishing about 300ft deep and a gigantic wave flipped my boat and took everything to the bottom. We drifted back to land..... man what a day! :pBuild your own dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs!

which means that more good guys are carrying guns around at any given time than bad guys. more guns = less crime. it's been proven boys.I'd rather have Sarah Palin 1 hearbeat away from the Presidency than Nancy Pelosi 2 heartbeats away.

So there's a good reason to lessen the chances for criminals getting them. It's good basic common sense specially since these laws wouldn't infringe on the right of the "honest" person to own them. But I love the fact you ignored everything else I've posted such as Are all people without a felony honest people??Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Hey Joshh
Why would anybody listen to you, you haven't read a damn word anybody else here has put up. The shit we have all seen you post here is straight off the Brady website itself.
I've seen you mention good ways to keep guns out of the hands of criminals, so let's see your brilliant plan. Put it up don't be a puss, let it stand on it's own merrits.
BTW this "More guns=less crime isn't the truth here." you are wrong it is the truth, you can google a up a well documented book of the same name that will more than prove that last staement of yours completely false.Comment

This proves you're ignorant, that's not what I've said and I already said the Brady bill was bullshit. Now go read yourself.
And I already gave one idea, but you wouldn't know that because you're too busy trying to stereo type.
And Ryan still has yet to post any of his sources.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
