Unfortunately Little Johnny's lemonade stand would still be run down by the heroin addict if those speed bumps were actually real.When I was in college, this concept actually worked. There is a wide yellow line near the end of campus that looks like it could be a speed bump and people always slow down before driving over it.Comment
