I have a tilt. It rules.
So far 3g is the shit, it loads up perfectly and quickly, and turn by turn gps couldn't be better. Hold out for 3g.

Verizon isn't going 3g, I wish people would stop saying that. They are moving toward LTE which is the protocol following CDMA. Fortunately for the consumer this is a similar direction that GSM is going ( GSM being a 3g technology, cdma beinga 3.5g tech) Read this book here http://books.google.com/books?id=Pd-...result#PPP1,M1

I recently had to take a class in this crap using that book.

Anywho, long story short, companies are changing tech but not quick enough to warrent a wait. Get a phone you think you will like, don't wait for that cool new one because it'll never be as good as you hope

Not all crackberrys are created equal. I support all of them out. PM if you want details.
My girlfriends crackberry has been a POS. She is getting it warrantied. She's getting a refurbed pearl (red one). We tried to convince the Indian to get us a new model since we've hear the red pearls had lots of trouble, but he was a bastard. :)

Here's the phone I got, HTC Apache or XV6700 as VZW calls it. I'm on my 3rd one in 3 weeks! I don't see why they won't just upgrade me to a XV6800 or something else.

Hack WM6 onto the thing and you basically have the same phone as the 6800, minus the large antenna.
