^^ I KNOW. I can't help it. Everytime I cuss them out, I give them another chance, and they redeem themselves. They are just too easy to use.

Best: I make the duty schedule for the 24 hour duties in my division.

Worst: Tracking says I will get the part friday. UPS delivers in my area AFTER 5 PM.

Best: Shop who diagnosed my A/C works saturday, and they are within walking distance.
