How to get back on when banned?

I was banned from e30tech, I got on there today at the shop with the shops username. I kinow a lot of people have been banned from there and got on with a new name but I can't even view the site.

Any Ideas?

I'd say, don't bother going back. The mod's ban stick get's hot and starts burning their hands when it is used too much :p
