Yeah, those supplements really are bad. They totally tear up your kidneys and liver. Its actually recommended to cycle on and off continuously. I usually dont take anything besides my protein shakes. But Im trying to gain some serious weight right now, and Im going to be at it for about 2 months. After that I'll be back to just protein. But yeah, the guys who always are on it, get fucked up. Ive only been on this stuff, the naNO vapor (similar to NOxplod, thus the NO, both are nitric oxide supplements), and my kidneys ache a little. I probably shouldnt take it, but I do. I dont drink Soda or alcohol, so I should be fine for a couple months.

PS: Since it's Holmgren's last year, this is the year for the hawks to win the super bowl. Our defense is just as good or better than last year, our offense will be improved and the loudest fans in the NFL will be even louder. And we won't have to play a playoff game in the snow at Green Bay. He deserves a ring for what he's done here in Seattle, and collectively as a city and team, we will make it possible. Philly goes to at the minimal, NFC Championship game. Id love to see Bdawks get a ring before he calls it quits. We will be healthy this year, and our LBs will be very quick. Week spot is the WR. McNabb still doesn't have a solid #1 guy. But he seemed to scramble well in 2003 and part of 04 with out one. other than that, they're a contender, if injuries don't hurt again.

They go to the NFC championship game? That's a bold prediction, and I wouldn't be surprised, but for some reason I don't see it happening. And I am not just saying that for the sake of hating on your team. I have always liked the Eagles, but they have always seemed to underachieve. Dawkins and westbrook are two of my favorite players. Those two do deserve rings.
DC: How much are you willing to pay for the AFM? I just realized that my good friend had a '90 parts car and I'm sure he's got the AFM still. It's probably working, but I also bet he'd be willing to sell it at a very reasonable price.

honestly, Curtis is awesome, but he's just not a #1, neither is Avant, he had problems with the play book, and Jackson is a small receiver.
And don't lie to yourself, you know Curtis got 999 yards against detroit alone, LOL Lions
On the serious note, we have hank Basket, and I really enjoy watching him play, he seems to be quick where it matters, and plays very smart. Not sure why he's not on the field, probably play book problems.

Hank Baskett has some nice hands, but he doesnt seem to get the seperation. Lets not forget that Reggie Brown isnt a POS by any means either. So Avant is the big posession reciever, Curtis is the speedster, brown is a big of a posession reciever with some moves, and Djackson will be a deep threat. While none are great at what they do, all are serviceable. And lets not forget Brian Westbrook lines up wide out or goes for swings quite a bit. The team is looking solid. It just depends on us closing out games defensively. With the best CB trio in the league, I dont think we'll lose as many close games as we did last year.
