One cool thing about being over 40 is that we don't have to read or write using numbers instead of letters. We all seem to understand each other just using plain English.

Where we get tripped up is trying to follow discussion threads where the participants grew up on text messaging. Also when I get a text message from my kids, the text looks like my phone malfunctioned.

no doubt. i didn't get my first cell phone until 22, i still get tripped out talking to kids who don't remember days before the intenet, or home computers for that matter. oh well, new technology "ftw", i suppose.
