          I don't get what the big deal is, if anyone here said the same thing a lot people would agree but if the president says it, its a big deal?? Who cares, seriously don't people have to worry about global warming, the next great depression, and $8 gallon gas. ;)

              HI! The analogy was fine if you understand it.

              Americans got spoiled on everything going right and now has to deal with the fact we are subject to basic economics still.

              Wasn't everyone wondering when the housing bubble was going to burst a few years ago? Damn... good thing no one paid mind to that and kept giving mortgages to people with shitty credit.

                That and getting a mortgage license is not very hard. You had peoplewho didn't fully understand the long term impact of their lending practices lending money to people who didn't think twice to question them. Deaf leading the blind straight into a housing crunch.
