I set up over a dozen of those to go off tomorrow throughout the day. Everybody at work will be getting Hannah Montana calls from each other all day. It's beautiful. I have people calling each other at the same time, calls coming from the boss in the morning and at lunch, friends calling friends. Hopefully they all go off on the dot.

By the way, if you want to send one to be sent immediately, just set the set off time to be sometime in the past. It will go out immediately. For example, it was August 4th, 11:20pm and I set one to be sent on August 4th, 5:00pm, and it was sent immediately. Also, there seems to be no penalty for using a made-up email address.
