And it hasn't been a year since I've been working at this, probably 5 months, max. I've only been going to the gym for about 2 months or so, 4-5 times per week. I stopped eating fast food and junk about 5 months ago, lost almost 20 lbs. in about 2 months. Then stopped drinking all soda, and cut out probably 75% of my sugar intake. Stopped drinking Red Bull about a month ago, if I drink anything besides water now, it's probably kombucha. I've also started transitioning toward organic/natural foods, and non-processed meats/products.

Soda is death, refined sugar is death, processed meats and processed anything is death. The key to health and staying thin is nutrition, which comes mostly from whole fruits, vegetables, and nuts. I believe Flexitarianism is one of the best ways.
I love kombucha. How about alcohol, beer, or wine? Do you still drink that? What kind of milks do you drink? Cows milk is bullshit.
By the way, this is all coming from someone who eats like what I explained above:
"The Camry is an appliance, not a car. It attracts folks who have the same regard for driving that they have for washing dishes,
i.e. it's a necessary but somewhat unpleasant chore and they want something to make the task a little easier and insulate them from the process." - my friend, Número Veintiséis

The only milk I drink is 1%, usually in the occasional bowl of cereal I eat, or a glass or two with certain dinner meals. Other than that, I drink a Darigold Refuel as a post-workout recovery. It's lowfat/lactose free chocolate milk, with added vitamins, and a boosted 3 to 1 carb-to-protein ratio, 20g of protein. I took a bottle to my gym to show to the owner/nutritionist, and he said he thought it looked great, and he loved that it didn't have 50 ingredients.
Oh, and I'm 6' 1".
