Another "What Car" Thread

What car would you buy if you had $8k to spend? This car will be used for

-daily driving around Los Angeles (horrendous traffic)
-needs storage space for camera equipment
-more comfort the better
-has to at least look cool
-good gas mileage would be nice
-sedan preferred
-easy/cheap maintenance

I think I got the idea across...what kind of car would you think of in this situation?

E34s feel better built than E39s for some reason. Get an E34 in the same color as your E30 that would be nice.

But why are you looking to buy? Your car seems comfortable enough. Looks great and good on gas, easy to maintain etc. $8000 will buy a lot of fuel, oil, filters and tires.

I'm looking to replace the e30...maybe.

It would be worth it for me to have a daily driver and a project car, rather than just the project car/e30. I can't afford both right now.

I like the e34 and the e39. I'm not sure which one I would take. My buddy has a nice 528 e39, which would be a nice daily. I like to have options...but I don't really want to give up the e30.
