It's not even that, I thought they did a thorough job teaching sex ed here, it wasn't just abstain abstain abstain. It's just that the certain students choose not to pay attention or are too dumb to grasp what's being said.

But whites already aren't the majority around here. Even in the wealthier areas there are large Asian populations.
