                      I took my subframe out, and then laid underneath my car for about 30 minutes trying to devise a way to get the broken piece of the bushing out of the body of the car...

                        I just used a new 1/8" drill bit to drill through the aluminum and cut the nub in quarters by drilling lines in a crosshair pattern. You'll know when you hit steel as the drill will slow down a lot. Then you can easily chisel the remains out.
