PvD is my favorite, undoubtedly.
Let Go is one my my favorites of his, especially the Vandit Club Mix...
His new compilation, Cream Ibiza is also quite good. Out There and Back is one of his best classics.

Scooter is crazy lol, some of their stuff is just great, like The Question is What is the Question? Makes me laugh every time I see the video. Crazy Europeans.

BT is also pretty good, I like alot of his mixes as well.
