We have Mellow Yellow and Mr. Pibb here AND a Sonic. Oh, Little Caesars too. Don't know what po-dunk town you live in...Comment

I remember Mello Yellow being sold in CT, that was a long time ago though.
BTW I bet you see more "redneck" 4x4s with rebel flags in Toland CT on a daily basis than you saw on your trip down south.
One day you will realize just how bad CT sucks and GTFO like I did. See you when you move to the south.John

I actually really do like the south. Born and raised. It does seem like everything is slowed down, but I like that.
I feel I am happier than I would be if I were living in the north in an equally busy city.
I also like trees, and green things. We has that here.

ha, i live in north east ct, not real exciting...in my town we have a grocery store, bank, some gas stations, a dunkin donuts, a subway and thats about it...lots of trees. and yes...theres nothing funnier then a CT redneck driving a truck, with a nice northern accent ;) we have to drive about 20 minutes for any real fast food, stores, or a mall. and about a half hour to the cityI remember Mello Yellow being sold in CT, that was a long time ago though.

ill get out of ct after college, im hoping to live in either south carolina or new hampshire. i cant afford CT's high taxes and gas prices
i was born in baltomore, maryland but moved to georgia when i was one. lived there til i was about 6 then up to ct. i still remember the entire state in panic mode when we had about a half inch of snow that melted in 2 hours :-?

Wow man, you just documented my morning commute. Seems to be quite a few people from CT heading down south. I grew up in CT but I love the Greenville/Spartanburg SC area because about half of the people are originally northerners without a thick country accent, but everyone is still as friendly as a southerner. Atlanta is a little harder, but plenty of cool people there too. I'll probably be moving down here permanantly.
Bonus: Big drift scene.

Even if you are kidding, here goes:
I do on my camera at home.
My mom and step dad work for the agricultural department of the State Govt. Step dad is a park ranger and mom is assistant to someone high up in State Parks and Recreations. I've seen quite a bit of TN. Grew up in GA though, and I do agree about the snow.
Everyone grab eggs, milk, and bread! Its about to snow!

Here is from Rock Island, a state park about 30 minutes away. Stole this from a friends Facebook.

I'm in NW CT. I met you at the small meet on the pike, I was in the stock white iS with Azevs.
Really besides the winter I don't mind CT and even the winters aren't too bad! I live in a town of about 5000 so it is a bit different than the "big" cities around CT
