DSP, have you tried contacting the shipping company (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL)? It's not impossible that a package as large as a sunroof panel could have been damaged in transit. If you haven't contacted them yet, you may want to do so soon before you go flaming away at every thread directly related to Julien.

No I didn't. The part was damaged LONG before shipping. It was obvious.

I guess by sending it back I'm no more screwed than not sending it back. I didn't get a refund......And kind of knew I wouldn't. However I would never sell the part I had to anyone and I sure as hell wouldn't use it.......

Everyone talks about e30 techs banning everyone and banning words etc. It's as if I can't give my experience of a SHITTY seller around here. Same damn shit that goes on at e30 tech.

Since you feel that way, maybe you should just stay off of both sites all together.

Your thread in the feedback got deleted cause you couldn't read the sticky at the top of the page and made a new thread about the seller a few minutes after you posted in the original "Julien" feedback thread.
