Its not the E30tech server that's down. Its a mis-configured device somewhere in the outside network.
If the server was down it wouldn't be resolving DNS, responding to pings, and a traceroute would show it as being down.
That's not the case here, calling Chris or the server host is not going to do anything.
How many people here are on Road Runner? To be honest my internet has been slow the last week so I am not sure what side its on.
The bad device is right between Road Runner and Level3 networks. At least thats what a visual traceroute shows me?
I have circled the dead node (#5) in red so you can see what I am talking about. As you can see its at 100% packet loss.
