I just picked this up, anyone else have it? Better yet, has anyone played it online. I want to know if it is worth me re-arranging everything(cable modem and some cat5 cables) again so i can play it online. TIA

I have not played since 2003, and I was a junky. I had to put Tiger Woods + PS into the same category as crack so I could stay away.

Well i started my career and begun developing my character, its pretty out there, the last one i had was 07 and this is way harder, but i still cannot put it down. Might just have to hook it up to the net tonight to see how the online version is.

This years looks awesome. Hopefully the mechanics follows the mechanic improvements Madden 09 has. Definitely more life like.

Been a fan of the series since getting '07 on a 360.

Skipped '08, no major changes.

'09 has a TON of new stuff, but simultanious play looks like a great feature - I'm still building my guy in Tiger challenge, but I'll be on Live with him once he's fairly solid.

I like the new swing trace when in analog stick, so you can see how your backswing & forward swing both read to the CPU -- instead of just giving you a slice/hook with no appearant reason.

I miss Fairway & McChord as announcers, gone this year. Biggest negative I've got on it so far.
