A professor of mine has his own software Calculus tutor which is based on Windows Media player. The Videos step you through all the exercises needed to get through Calc 1 and Calc 2.
There is a problem, however, with his file. Windows Media player has key points or frames. The table of contents will take you where you need to be in the video, but with a hitch... it takes you to the closest key point. Default it a 20 second window, meaning you may end up up to 20 seconds ahead of where you want. Just means you have to wait to see what you actually want. He was able to change the window to a 5 second window, but he claimed that almost doubled his file size.
Does anyone know if or how one could specify the key points at exact points instead of at intervals?
