Id like to see someone eat sesibly at McDonalds, 3 times a day.
1) McMuffin & milk
2) Big Mac, small fry, medium coke
3) Chicken BLT, salad, medium coke.

Even the cokes are pushing it, but I bet you wouldnt gain much weight if thats all you ate. Youd probably do just fine. If you eat enough of anything you will gain weight, besides maybe veggies, thatd be real hard to do. Americans are just fat, overindulging, slobs.

I only eat McD's for the double cheese burger. Its $1 and pretty filling. I just get that and maybe a small fry and a water. Good meal for $2.14

I ate a double quarter pounder once, I thought I was going to die.

And to whoever made the reference to supersize me, that movie made me hungry. Also that movie was skewed as all hell. You do know the guy came off eating a strict vegan diet right? Thats gonna fuck you up going from fresh greens only to soggy ass grease filled McDonalds.
