Dont worry about that, its called puberty. You'll grow out of it, and the acne wll go away ;)

If you wanna gain weight, as soon as you wake up drink some OJ or Soda, to get you out of your catabolic state. Eat a bunch of calories during the day. Eat some complex carbs like a few pieces of whole wheat bread, or oatmeal before bed. They take longest to break down and digest, plus theyre also healthiest. Also, before bed, try taking in a casein protein. casein takes the longest to break down, so you wont be catabolic for very long throughout the night. Maybe 4 hours, if you sleep 8 hours, will be catabolic. Thats if you are serious about gaining weight, though.

Ive never had a problem gaining weight or losing it. I guess Im lucky, but cursed at the same time. When I get lazy, I get flabby. But I can drop 20 lbs in a month if I go no carbs. Right now Im at around 205, and an 5'8-5'9, but its been hard getting THIS heavy.

Fuckers - no one had a chance of winning.

Plus, their food sucks. Go watch "Supersize me", and you'll think twice about ever eating there.

I always thought this kind of bull shit happened... where did u hear this?

    1) McMuffin & milk

    3) Chicken BLT, salad, medium coke.

Even the cokes are pushing it, but I bet you wouldnt gain much weight if thats all you ate. Youd probably do just fine. If you eat enough of anything you will gain weight, besides maybe veggies, thatd be real hard to do. Americans are just fat, overindulging, slobs.
I can't gain weight. The most I ever weighed was 145. I just wanted to get to 150 then got hurt in MMA. so now I'm like 132 or so and I'm 5'8". I used to have a bad meal every day. In n Out or a skillet from Dennys, anything around 2500 calories then I go to sleep. That was in addition to my oats, eggs, tuna, protein shakes and grilled chicken. If someone would pay for it I would eat fast food for every meal to see if I would die.

Those 4, 6, 8, 25 bys are gross I dont even eat double doubles too much meat. My usual meal is 2 cheese burgers no spread. Animal fries an iced tea and a chocolate shake.

I went there a few days ago on my "cheat day". And I had a 20 pc nuggets, large fry, large powerade, half a large fry (my GF didnt eat them all), a cheeseburger (my girlfriend didnt like that either). I was a stuffed fat pig.... I went to the gym that day prior to eating it, and I was 201 lbs (I was a little dehydrated Id imagine). The next day I went to the gym after a shit and a workout, and I was 210 lbs. Its crazy how much water that makes you retain, theres so much sodium on those fries.

I think I saw BK doing something crazy like that too with patties of meat/crap. Crazy what people are willing to eat.
a 6x6 isn't commonly ordered, it's a custom burger at in-n-out and not displayed on the menu

the largest displayed on the menu is a double-double, or 2x2. 2 patties, 2 slices of cheese.

These days, in-n-outs limit custom size burgers to 4x4, but if you know the people who work there, then the sky's the limit.

do you know what goes into those things? or what the cows eat?
At one point I suspected that they put things into the food to make it addictive. In the movie "Supersize Me" (I am not sure if this was in the special features or in the main part) one of the experts gave his testimony on how the combination of the hormone induced meat and the cheese together creates 2 components of a mild opiate.

He said that the average adult who had never eaten McD's food probably wouldn't be affected by it but the potential of it affecting an adolescent child is very great which stands the reason why they would market most of their business to children. And in turn they continue on as addicted adults.

i know that in some places in america there are not many other choices, but that shit is nasty!

Like a double cheeseburger, but 6 instead of 2.

20 pc. chicken McNuggets w/ a Supersize fry and Supersize Mr. Pibb on my carb/cheat day. And there is a liquor store right next door to it, I get my orange cupcakes at the same time. That shit is GREAT lol.

They have Big n' tasties here, but I havent had em since they were $.99 like 8 years ago. I remembered them being decent, though.

I cannot stand the Big Tasty sauce!!! That black pepper or whatever spice it is that stands out in it. And the schredded lettuce they use in it makes it sloppy.

But enjoy ur burger of choice Diego :).

    ¡Buen provecho!
