Second, McDonalds meat is 30% fat. Which is the national legal limit in order to still call it "ground beef", rather than "sausage".

If I eat fast food I eat Chipotle (not really fast food), Carls (If I want a burger), or Ive been favoring panda express lately.

McDonald's lost me as a customer when I found out that all their "Monopoly" contests were rigged, and the guy in charge of handing the winning pieces literally took them home and gave them away to friends for a slice of the money.

well, in my position, health isn't really an issue. i was just pissed at the time because, i needed to get my fat ass some mickey d's! but seriously, i just hate the stupidity of people who work there. it seems all fast food places around my town are full of morons. but yes, in the end, i would much rather make a sub at home, that is of course if i have lunch meat!
