    F*#$. Yes.

I had my interview with L3, Westwood Division today.

They called me back about 10 minutes after I left with a job offer. I'll finally have benefits, paid time off and paid holidays again after nearly 10 months of doing contract work, and the rest of the benefits package is NICE.

Also getting a sizeable pay increase! Yay for going to work for a defense contractor.

My main focus will be doing documentation for TQG's, Tatically Quiet Generators, for military applications. They also do hardware and software for military naval propulsion systems, everything from Nuclear Subs to small, specialty tactical craft.

I'll be getting to move back to Tulsa in about 3 weeks or so, not a huge town, but much better than being in a small, college town where there isn't much to do.

    I'm fucking stoked!

    Sounds pretty cool.

Well, posterity, you will never know what it cost us to preserve your freedom. I only hope that you will make a good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in heaven that I ever took half the pains to preserve it.

Thanks for the congrats guys. I'm way pumped. Should have stuff paid down enough to either do a 24v swap next summer or buy another sportbike.

                      Technical Writer.

I'll also be doing some logistics planning as far as materials and stuff like that is concerned, I think. The HR wasn't exactly sure the planning stuff I'd be doing and the VP of Engineering didn't really talk about it.

Who do you work for and what do you do?

I'm hoping once I've been there awhile and learned the ropes I'll be able to some of the on the propulsion systems, great resume builder.

I can only say I work in the Oak Ridge area, but for security concerns I'm really not allowed to say exactly where I work or what I do.
