1st one had a ton of other BMW's in background, so price might be reflective of shape? IDK.

2nd M-T2 vert had one of those Kamei tail-light center sections, right?
I haven't seen one of those in real life, just in the D&W catalogs. Are they better looking in real life? Looks like a well kept E30, or well represented as one.
