Dammit, I was driving down by the beach yesterday to try and get my comics and on the way back, saw a 320i sitting there, FOR SALE. Something told me I should check it out, because it looked pretty clean. So I did.
- Inside was in great condition.
- Engine bay, very clean.
- Paint, eeeehhhhh 6/10 bayisblau?
- Big dent in drivers door.
- 5 speed
- Rust? Not very much at all. Underside of car was VERY clean and there was a glaring LACK of rust. Owner said that he's had it for 8 months, and it was a Cali car... (ru kidding me?)
- Called the guy, and he said that it needed a starter, and the brake light has started coming on. Otherwise, drives fine.
$650. I think I might just offer the guy $500 cash, push start it, then put in an M30 starter when I get it home. Replace the rotors, and pads (rear drum, bleh) and call it a day.
(yeah right, then it needs lowered, tint, wheels, paint, etc, etc, etc....)
How do I say no to this?
