Microsoft Zune problem..

Anyone had their zune die on them? I had half the battery left and it just crashed on me. what do I do?

Hold the back button, then aftera few seconds hold the"up" diretional button on the ring.

Mine froze, and then I did a simple search on the Zune site.

BTW, iTunes blows, and that is the reason I went with a Zune. iPods themselves are alright, but iTunes is the worst software on the planet.

Mine has crashed and froze on me like ten times since the v3.0 update. I have games, and a clock now, but It made me get an all new zune card, lost my old one, and locked 42.75gb of data on it unless I want to format again. I am about to call Microsoft and rant.

I had a 1st gen zune. it didn't like 135 deg weather when i was deployed and would freeze out of no where. So i sent I traded my friend for a 8 gig Ipod nano. no problems since!

I had that problem too, when i switched to the update patch thingy. Meh, its ok, mine's only froze once. I do enjoy the capacity for games though, i highly recommend "Sir Tet" off the Zune forums

mine quite synching a few months ago. I assumed it was the cord. Because it would charge but not connect to the computer. After several attempts to upload updates and reinstally hardware.

Ha, right, too bad everyone I know that's owned an ipod had it break within a year. I've had my Zune for 3. Closest thing I've had to a problem, is occasionally it doesn't turn on right away when I push play, so I turn hold on then off, and it works.
