Best car movie of 2008? Yep...

It looks like the best car movie of 2008.

    If you liked,
"Tucker: A man and his dream"
    "Worlds Fastest Indian"

"Flash of Genius" looks awesome - and has gotten great early reviews.

Oh just watch the video above!!!

Also, his wife in the movie is played by Lauren Graham. Amazing. The things I would eat out of her ass.

Based on a true story? Never knew...gives me another reason to hate Ford.

        SC*AR (Schwarz Army)
No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

Was it really that hard for Ford to invent that on thier own?

^you missed the point by a mile.

I haven't see the movie, but I know the story. And yes, at that time it was really hard for car makers to invent something new. This was after all the 60's.

I guess in the age of free Mp3's no one gives a fuck about "rights" to an idea.

I dunno, I'm not all that into 'inspiring' movies, which is what I got out of the trailer I've seen. Doesn't seem like a 'car move' either. You could replace the wipers with a twisty blade, and Ford with Cuisinart and get the same thing. Atleast thats what I'm thinking, but we'll see when i watch it.
My e30 and e28 are both up for sale::

Looks pretty good. Not really my kind of movie though, but I'm sure my dad would love it.

It's weird how technology evolves, they're struggling to figure this out just 40 years ago, but as a senior in high school(the first time I ever thought about it), it seemed extremely obvious how you would accomplish it.

Sadly I think your right. No one from my generation does care. Sad reality...
Definitely gonna go see the movie, definitely looks interesting. Reminds me of how much I hate the wipers on my c10 and my dad's galaxie. After daily driving an old car, I've definitely learned to appreciate the e30's wipers living in washington.

Sorry, I tend to not read threads and assume my idea is different, haha, didn't even notice everyone was talking about the same thing.
