Losing the one you love.

Tonight my mom, Katherine Anne Wells, laid to rest. She was 55 years old and died from complications of cancer. She was in the ICU for two weeks to the day. I miss her so much. She was so loving, I was her 1 of 2 kids and she was married to my father for 22 years. She was a preschool teacher about 19 years ago and then became a mental health counselor for troubled kids 0-5 years old. She tought training classes around the Pacific Northwest and even in Florida. the whole neighborhood, well my string of friends, knew her and listened to her advice. She was also a grandma of a 3 month old, my son Lennon. Everyone knew her as Miss Kate.
