Ok, so I have 2 questions

1. Where can one get a hold of an alligator tail like in the movie?
2. Does anyone have a screen shot of him when he wakes up wearing the tail and the recorder and stuff?

make one out of foam from a craft/hobby shop, and a thrift store belt, then hit it with an airbrush.

Foam is too brittle, it would have to be a rubbery material. Its going to need to take a lot of abuse...

Good idea though.
