Give the guy a chance, I have faith that he'll get the country back on track (economically and militarily)... then again, kenika had faith he'd get the tracking number, so I don't know.
    +1

And don't forget that the reason we're in the economic mess is because of Bush's failed policies...in a way I feel bad for the president elect; he has a very difficult job ahead of him, regardless of which ticket he's on.

The best part about all reading all the nasty comments about Obama is that at the end of the day, my guy will be President and yours will be getting diagnosed with alzheimers.

the GOP flopped like the canary that they have become

I'm not saying that we as a country can get out of this cave smelling like roses, but I truly believe McCain was left out in the cold by his bros

Sucks to be him. But how much does it suck to be Obama? Obama is open and honest. I think he will do more for America's morale than McCain's admin could ever do, and I think capitalism will benefit for it. But for now, Obama is going to be under some heavy fire, maybe even from both sides. Partisan politics has yet to show its disgusting underside.
Not that I care, of course.

Actually, yes. On 9/11 no one fully understood what exactly has happened, it was shocking. The after effects were sad.

But this is a disappointment. I am sadder than I was on 9/11, because for once, a true American, a hero, a patriot stepped up to the plate, and he was passed by a person with no achievements and no records.

              Good luck, Obama.

                      9/11 was true saddness.

This is a combination of both saddness and dissapointment. Way to try to discredit my feelings, you inconsiderate prick.

the crowd on the other hand was inappropriate and immature. considering the republican watch party was a private, invite-only event, it really says a lot about the republican elites.

You cannot place the entire blame on the crowd. The same canidates were encouraging the same banter on their campaign trails.
