But you are right - RC planes don't work on the same scale of physics that real planes do. A RC plane can have a power to weight ratio greater than one and can "hover" vertically.

Yeah, regardless though whether it is or not. There's some shit on youtube for example or anywhere for that matter that's clearly NOT fake and people call fake on shit all the time. Whatever man. I never said it was 100% real either, the ending is pretty bad with the camera spontaneously going out of focus too for no reason among a couple other tid bits but that's just my take on the general audience that replies to those kind of things.

MEII, the F15 did land with almost a whole wing missing but it has a lifting body and with two jet engines asymmetrical thrust would help greatly.

i think the op would know a little bit about this subject. unless im wrong and this is not the same d colegrove i'm thinking he is, he was the crew chief for several unlimited pylon racers and also flew himself.
