Whats the best way to convert YouTube videos to a format that will work with After Effects CS3??

I've tried every single converter website there is and none work..

can anyone help a brotha out?

It's hit and miss with the youtube converters. Usually it ends up with dropped frames/bad sync. Is that what you are getting?

not so much dropped frames, they just dumb down the quality and put a huge watermark over everything...

so yea im probably losing frames.. but with this project it doesnt really matter...
