Who gives a fuck about the movie? I'm going to see it for 4 reasons, starting with...

1. The Audi being flogged silly the whole time
2. The hot-ass chick he's got with him
3. Jason Statham

I watch TONS of movies for their production values, the depth of the story, the quality of the acting, and the skill of the director. I go to see indie films, art house movies, foreign films, animation, you name it. I go see it.

However, I watch action movies for badass fast cars, hot chicks, cheeseball one-liners, and people getting the crap kicked out of them.

People who think they're above brainless action entertainment because the rest of the movies they watch are better films amuse me. I used to work at a video store with a guy just like you. He watched so much "cinema" that everything else that fell into sci-fi/action/or horror was beneath him and garbage. I watch movies to be entertained. And I'm entertained by many different kinds of movies.
