what have you done to cut back on spending?

everyone's trying to conserve which in the end is bad for the economy. but what things are you doing in these difficult times to conserve your lootcakes?
im combining trips in my vehicles
    not going out to eat
having fedex pick up at my house instead of carting shit there
    i quit renting movies
in the process of raising lease rates on my tenants

So now he's using Costco brand aluminum foil, not the premium Reynolds stuff?

Fuel prices going down are definitely helping. But at home, I've:

Cut back on going out to eat (me, the wife and the kid is $30 easy, and that's on the cheap)
Took all the movie channels off of my digital cable (like $30 a month right there)
Coupon grocery shopping (I had no idea!)
                      Store brand EVERYTHING. :D

Parked the car in the garage, no gas, and no insurance.

Ride a bicycle to work. :)

Drive the Alfa a lot more - 30mpg off the highway is awesome, I can drive all week for like $20
Spending less on DVDs... not much less though
Otherwise I don't really need to cut back. I live modestly enough that I am able to save quite a bit of money every month OR spend it on the 6 series as it progresses. Paint job in the spring, bitches! :pimp:

Reduced my diet to strictly bagels or ramen noodles and Deer Park (24 pack ftw). I've also tried discounting E30 parts with some success.
