I'm watching them throw a chemical on the deck of a Japanese whaling ship that makes it stink for days, and another substance which makes the deck slippery. Then they deploy a large section of rope to try to freeze up the prop the the ship. Now a couple of guys have boarded the ship and the crew of the Japanese ship tie the guys down to the rails of the ship. Then they call them hostages. The guys are arrested.BUSTED!
And they keep trying to foul the prop.
By the way, nothing the Japanese ships are doing is illegal.
This is an example of terrorism. These people don't like whales being killed. So they go to extremes to try stopping these whaling ships.
I'm watching in hopes these people fail miserably. And my leter of "WTF are you putting on TV" has been sent to Animal Planet.

I didn't watch this show, but some (not all) ships in Japan doing whaling are doing it under the pretense of scientific research, but are in reality just hunting the whales for food and their other products, which is illegal.

Not saying that ship specifically was, and I agree those trying to stop it are utter morons.

The only thing I can see yet as "illegal" is that Australia has set a boundry area for no whaling. Or a "no whaling zone". These are Japanese ships and Japan doesn't recognize the boundry as their own.

Saw it, well bits and pieces cause it was stupid. Those guys aren't really helping the cause. And why so much more fuss over the Japanese than the Norweigens or Inuits. Just had a run in with GreenPeach at Target yesterday. Showed off my triple ply toilet paper and kindly pointed out my F150, explained how many cows was killed just to make the interior.

I was in stitches laughing last night.
The terrorists had to be somewhere withing 6 hours to pick up their comrades. The Aussies and Japan made a deal to exchange the two terrorists that jumped onto the whaling ship. While the terrorists were on there way to the meeting area they saw another whaling ship and decided to make an attack while at night. The small boat was going the wrong way so the helicopter had to go back to the bigger ship.
The bigger terrorist ship didn't know where they were and had to get moving to pick up their comrades. In the mean time the people on the big terrorist ship are going apeship because they can't make contact with the small boat that went to attack the whaling ship.
Finally the small boat returns and they failed miserably.
