I finally got a hold of the General Manager. They lost the sale of a treadmill AND 3-year warranty.

fk!!!!!!!! 1st fk I spoke to was a fkng rude little waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles bitch! "that's too long of an item number", "the website should tell you if it's in-stock". WTF!!?? Seriously!? 11 people later and 2 managers and I still haven't been helped. No one has taken responsibility. Now I'm having to drive further out to purchase a treadmill cause there is not fkng way those fks are getting my money!!!!!!
