I was just thinking...there was never (at least as far as the Iraqis I asked) a terrorist bombing or terrorist attack in Iraq with Saddam in charge? Why was that, do ya think?
As far as an execution costing more than life in prision, shite, I can buy a box of 9MM shells for 10 bux and I only need one to the back of the head to take care of business. That leaves 49 left over.

Just one small problem...

You could be tried and convicted for murder...

Without an automatic appeals process (where all the money goes...lawyers judges Court reporters etc)

You could be executed...

Even though you were absolutely inocent...

Rare... But inocent people have been convicted of capitol crimes... A small handful executed for them.

Child molesters should be castrated and sent to do hard labor in Afghanistan with a Koran for each shoe.

It cracks me up to think that anyone actually thinks our prison system rehabilitates anyone. Unless you "found God" or "converted to Islam" you come out of jail a hardened bitter criminal.

I completely agree with this. Besides it wouldn't really work in every single crime.

Here's one that definitely applies though. This was on "I Survived" on the Biography Channel the other day. I recommend watching this show.

A girl is walking to her car in a garage when "thuggish looking" guys chase her, punch her in the face, poor acid on her face and body and throw her into the trunk of her own car.

They should do the same, if not worse, to these fks. I don't understand. The system does not work. Its punishment is supposed to be humane however does nothing to protect its citizens/residents from inhumane acts. People suffer for the rest of their lives from this shit and some fk gets to spend a few years in prison? Sorry, not enough punishment. Then there's the fact we pay for their "rehabilitation". I'm not getting my money's worth.

I bet crime would decrease if we had an "eye for an eye" type shit. Cause you are going to get caught, and when you do, there will be hell to pay. Not buthole pleasures, books, recreation, and 3 squares you sick mothafks!

The good of the many outweighs the good of the few--or the one.

Too much time spent speculating which of the convicted is innocent or guilty. This kind of thinking prolongs adjudication by offering a possibility that perhaps by some miracle ,someone convicted of a capital crime is somehow, some way, by some extreme measure, in fact innocent. I have a better shot of winning the powerball than being convicted of a murder I didn't commit.
I'll take my chances, thank you.
In the meantime, lets take care of business and eradicate the proven menaces to society, take the money being wasted on these ingrates' so-called "rehabilitation" and divert it to the people who really need help. There are a lot of kids out there who can use the money more than Charlie Manson. This guy contributes absolutely nothing to the world except his morning shit.
I can't believe we waste money on things like Manson. It's astonishing.

Let the rapists be raped with a splintered broomstick by a HUGe scary female, let the child molesters get beat to death by the angry parents, let the murderers get it the exact same way they did it- shot, stabbed, suffocated, drowned. It makes me angry that convicted inmates can get a better education than me, have a steady meal on the table, get to sit around and watch TV and excercise, are allowed to keep their gang affiliations in prison etc... Thats pretty messed up.
